Bharat ke Veer: Portal To Support CRPF Donations Online

Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh realised the Akshay Kumar‘s brain child to facilitate a platform that allows the donors to contribute to the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF)’s kin hassle-free.

On the occasion of ‘Valour Day‘ (April 9), Rajnath launched a new website along with its mobile-based app, ‘Bharat ke Veer‘, through which any individual/group can contribute up to a maximum of Rs. 15 lakh to any solider‘s kin directly.

Rajnath Singh said, “A bullet can hit a soldier physically, but no bullet can defeat his courage and motivation. The bravery of CRPF Commandant Chetan Cheetah (who was critically injured in an anti-terror operation in Kashmir but recovered miraculously) is an example.”

“I am a soldier’s son myself. While watching a documentary film, an idea came to mind that a website should be there for people who want to donate to the “next of kin” of the Central Armed Police Force and paramilitary forces soldiers,” Akshay Kumar said.

Hope this initiative will help CRPF’s kin to receive donations for a struggle-free life…
